Train Like a Pro Series
We are excited to announce another year of our awesome training opportunity for motivated players: Train Like a Pro — a group lesson series designed to give athletes a firsthand look into how professional lacrosse players, like myself, prepare for their season on a weekly basis. With this training series, athletes will have the opportunity to train alongside myself to see firsthand what it takes to train like a pro.
As a professional lacrosse player, my training is built around conditioning, speed & agility, and sharpening offensive skills — and now, I’m bringing that same intensity and structure directly to your athlete.
Dates: July 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, and 23rd
Offensive Skill Development: Shooting, dodging, decision-making, and more — the exact techniques I use to stay game-ready.
Defensive Skill Development: Footwork, body positioning, stick skills, and more.
Pro-Level Conditioning: Build endurance, explosiveness, and grit.
Speed & Agility Work: Footwork drills and movement patterns used at the highest level.
This is more than just another workout. It’s a chance for players to train with purpose, challenge themselves, and experience the same process that fuels professional performance.
